Iain Archer is a Northern Irish singer-songwriter woth a deep pedigree. His talent was recognised in the 90s by John Martyn, nd he became Martyn's touring mate for several years. He then worked with a number of artists including Fionn Regan, Juliet Turner, Jacob Golden, Reindeer Section and Snow Patrol. He was asked to join forces with Snow Patrol and spent a year on the road and in the studio with them. During this time Iain was involved in co-writing key tracks on Snow Patrol's soon-to-be breakthrough album, Final Straw, which earned him an Ivor Novello Award.
Since then, he has released two highly regarded albums, had a hit single (Summer Jets)and taken his place a a songwriter's songwriter. Website: http://www.iainarcher.co.uk/
:: Ian Cognito
Possibly one of the most influential comedians of modern times, Ian Cognito has been responsible for the shape of the careers of many comedians. Some of which he is pleased about.
He has headlined some of the best lineups in British comedy, putting many established performers in the shade. However, the longer you spend in the comedy arena, the more people you will upset, particularly if you take the risks that Ian takes. Consequently Ian Cognito appears to be banned from more comedy clubs than any other British comedian. Ian Cognito is not proud of this.
