Over and above being a Master of Wine, Ed has very extensive experience in the wine trade, as buyer, salesman, brand creator, and company director. Ed now lives in Bath, and for the last 10 years has been creating his own range of wines, all made in Spain. He works with a talented South African wine maker who trained in Australia, has made wine in Australia, California and Bordeaux. He now makes his own wines in South Africa, and with Ed in Spain.
