Jazz, French Café, and Latin rhythms from Parisian singer Celine Dommart and her quartet.
Prior to recording her second album, Celine will be touring new material during Spring 2018 with her quartet, ‘Montparnasse’. Since the release of ‘Dans Les Cafes Voisins’ in 2016, the group has gone from strength to strength playing classic songs from Europe and the Americas as well as composing original material for their forthcoming album.
Celine sings in English, Spanish and French and is ably backed by Cris Tolley (former Acoustic Guitarist of the Year) on Spanish guitar, Paul Smith on double bass, and Gretsch Drums/Dream Cymbals artist Robin Payne on drums and percussion. Expect to hear familiar tunes as you’ve never heard them before and take a whistle stop tour of some of the World’s greatest songs.
