The Main Hall
Chapel Arts Centre Main Auditorium is available to hire for private functions both day and night. If you wish to use the sound & lighting equipment you will need to hire our technicians normally £90 (sound) & £70 (lighting) – more if the requirements are very complex.
The main auditorium at Chapel Arts Centre is noted for its brilliant natural acoustics. We also have a Yamaha G1 grand piano, which is included in the hire, although if you require the piano tuned on the day that is an additional £50
Chapel Arts Centre is a community arts centre (as mandated in our lease and memorandum & articles of association) and as such seeks to support and engage
with the community where appropriate. We have special rates for community groups, charities, educational organisations and anything of a direct community support nature. We also provide the auditorium space at a reduced hourly rate for charity fundraising events on certain nights, depending on our current community remit criteria.

Evening Private Reception Hire
We are available for Evening Private Reception Hire, suitable for either your Evening Wedding Reception or Private Party, where we can accommodate 100 people seated around Cabaret Tables, or 80 with a buffet area. Outside Catering permitted. There is an option to bring in Bubbly – limited to a glass per person on arrival, with only corkage being charged, Licenced Bar, and a stage, sound and lighting equipment and Technicians, as well as a projector and screen.
