Britain’s trailblazing all-female alternative band FUZZBOX – famed for their electrifying blend of post-punk, new wave and alt-pop attitude – are back with an explosive authorised biography “We had a Fuzzbox and we used it” celebrating both their legacy and their future.
FUZZBOX’s long-time collaborator and Birmingham based author Martin Tracey will join FUZZBOX in a special evening event featuring a live Q&A, book signing, and exclusive performances with Vix and Tina from the original line up.
The band We’ve Got a Fuzzbox and We’re Gonna Use It!! burst onto the UK scene in the mid-1980s, breaking boundaries as the country’s first all-female post-punk group to crack the mainstream. Known for hits such as “Pink Sunshine” and “International Rescue,” their mix of wit, style, and sonic experimentation turned them into cult icons of alternative music.
Now, with 3 new podcasts, the authorised biography, and renewed creative energy, FUZZBOX are ready to reclaim their crown as Britain’s boldest and brightest alt-pop innovators.
