Described by R2 magazine as “A creative collusion of innumerable influence that mesh to create a sort of street-smart, trip-hop and folk influences ethereal pop that delightfully doesn’t fit into any existing musical pigeonhole….inventive as anything you’ll hear any time soon…” GypsyFingers play as a 4-piece band, blending the genres of folk/rock and americana with spoken word and progressive instrumental sections.
Live performance from Birmingham Town Hall, review by Express and Star “GypsyFingers; a four-piece act whose dreamy support slot, made up of rock, prog, folk and more, was impressive from start to end”
The band consists of Victoria and Luke Oldfield (son of Mike Oldfield) with Patrick Kenneally and Tali Trow.
GypsyFingers played at BST Hyde park and Isle of Wight festival last summer and have toured with James Blunt and Tubular Bells for Two.
