Musical comedy cabaret sensation ex-Vegas showgirl turned nightclub lounge act Miss Hope Springs plays the piano and sings songs from her award-winning, all-original, self-penned, repertoire. Hysterical tales from her disastrous ‘Ritz to the pits’ life are interspersed with songs from her new record about her various paramours, from Liberace to Noel Coward, and revelations about her scandalous showbiz shenanigans in Vegas, Paris and beyond…
Still wearing the sequins she left the Pink Pelican Casino with in 1972, Hope brings you her blend of finger snapping pop, romantic rhumbas and sassy bossa novas in this laugh-out-loud, move-you-to-tears show.
Miss Hope Springs is written and performed by composer lyricist and entertainer Mr Ty Jeffries.
‘The greatest star who never was-sings the greatest hits that never were’ Jonathan Ross show Radio 2.
‘Tragi-comic genius’ Julian Clary
