The Jellyman’s Daughter hail from Edinburgh and blend folk/roots, Americana and a touch of bluegrass to bring you a highly original but beguiling musical landscape. Mixing gorgeous, haunting vocal harmonies with wild and visceral cello, driving guitar and sweet mandolin, Emily Kelly and Graham Coe are also exceptional songwriters.

The duo has toured extensively in the UK, Europe, Canada and the USA and Graham is also a member of BBC Folk Awards nominated band, Sam Kelly & the Lost Boys.

The Jellyman’s Daughter’s second album “Dead Reckoning” (featuring a 16-piece string orchestra) was released in May 2018 and has already garnered an avalanche of glowing reviews and significant airplay, including a spot on Mark Radcliffe’s flagship BBC Radio Two Folk Show. Emily and Graham are outstanding performers who engage their audiences with a captivating blend of excellent musicianship, superb vocal harmonies and terrific songwriting.

“Dead Reckoning is a gem of an album which warrants wide exposure….on the evidence of this recording, The Jellyman’s Daughter have plotted a careful course and are set fair for the greater horizons that undoubtedly lie ahead” – Folk Radio UK
