Tribute to Otis Redding Performed by Mudibu & The Jezebel Sextet

Experience the incredible sound of Otis Redding as two of the UK’s most exciting raw soul acts join forces to create the world’s funkiest Otis tribute!

Originally commissioned by Soul Cookers Records for Saint Paul Soul Jazz Festival 2008, this truly uplifting show pairs the astonishing soul vocals of Burundian singer songwriter Mudibu with Hammond and horns from The Jezebel Sextet. Every note is steeped in raw soul and funky 1960s RnB that’s guaranteed to get you on the good foot.

Don’t miss it! This Tribute To Otis Redding has delighted crowds every year at London’s Jazz Cafe for the past 7 years. Other headline bookings include Saint Paul Soul Jazz Festival; Roubaix Vintage Weekender; Tighten Up Festival in Marseille; Grand Casino Soulstice Party in Nice; The Boisdale Club, The Pigalle Club and Hootanannay Brixton in London; and Band On the Wall in Manchester.
