Tickets

Tickets are easily available through the Chapel Arts Centre website. Checkout is via our credit/debit card service centre.

Tickets bought through the Chapel website are subject to a 5% transaction fee no matter how many tickets are purchased. Any problems purchasing tickets via our website, please contact info@chapelarts.org, or call Jan the Centre Manager. Jan is in the Chapel Arts office on 01225 461700 between 2pm & 6pm Monday – Friday.

WeGotTickets are an authorised seller of our tickets.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please note – We do not accept stag parties or stag nights. Attempts to bypass this condition could result in your group being refused entry to the event in question. We also reserve the right to refuse admission to persons who are clearly inebriated or who are aggressive to ushers, staff or other patrons. We are not obliged to give a reason, but if we do refuse entry for any reason, we will give a full refund of the ticket price paid, but excluding the transaction charge.

Refund Policy. We will only refund money paid for tickets purchased, where an event is either incorrectly listed in terms of date, the event scheduled, or where an event has had to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. Unfortunately changing your mind, inability to attend the event, or any other reason cannot be considered as a valid reason for a refund. As long as the headline performance appears on the date specified on our website, and for which the ticket has been purchased, no refund will be allowed or possible. If you feel you have a valid reason for a refund as outlined above please contact the ticket office by e-mail to info@chapelarts.org or call Jan in the office on 01225 461700.

Cancellation policy. Once payment has been made or authorised, it is not possible to cancel this payment. Please make sure you have read our terms and conditions, and are certain that you wish to make this purchase, and that you have checked the dates and times of opening for the performance or event. Illness or any other reason for being unable to attend will not allow you to cancel this payment. If for any reason you feel you have a right to cancel, please follow our “refund policy” route above.

Delivery Details. We operate an e-ticket system similar to the airlines. You will be issued with a confirmation e-mail immediately upon completion of the transaction with your card issuer. This e-mail will have a unique reference number, which is your “e-ticket” (you can also print the screen displayed after payment or print the ticket e-mail you will receive from us – the unique reference number is the main thing though). So, please print this e-mail out immediately, and bring it with you. You may also need to produce proof of identity and be able to quote the last 4 digits of the card you used to make the payment, and the post code you entered when making your purchase. Please make sure you have this information available. Please note, that only the first people arriving with a confirmatory e-mail and proof of ID will be allowed entry with this e-ticket. Do not pass details of this e-ticket and your ID onto other people – if they quote the correct reference number they will be admitted in your stead!

General Terms: Notwithstanding the above and that customers are not ‘entitled’ to a refund (except in the circumstances outlined) once they are using the service, there may be circumstances where a refund is deemed necessary – e.g. technical problems where the customer is not getting the service they believed they signed up for.

Returns Policy. We do not have a returns policy, as we are not selling any merchandise.

Privacy: We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We charge a transaction fee of 5% for each complete transaction, which will be added to the total charge. Chapel Arts Centre is not registered for VAT and VAT is not charged on ticket transactions.
